Like many small and medium sized businesses this successful event management organisation in London just did not have the time or experience to meet their HR needs. They required assistance in producing contracts of employment, advice and support in recruiting new members of staff for their growing company. This one-off project enabled the company to introduce HR into the company for the first time, allowing them to be compliant and meet their responsibilities with little hassle. Since working with people they have grown steadily and successfully recruited more staff that have settled in well and been proactive members of the team thanks to the support and advice they received from people.

Where do you start when you are faced with a disciplinary? A small company asked people just that question, and asked us to assist in the discipline and the eventual dismissal of a member of staff. This included the in-depth training, briefing and guidance of the directors of the company and staff member throughout the process. This company was very grateful for the calm and sensitive way the process was handled, with the least amount of upheaval and upset to all those involved.
